I had the pleasure and honor to attend and participate in the first Healthy Master’s World Conference recently and was blown away by the generosity of the presenters in sharing their research, clinical and theoretical ideas about living healthy lives and longevity. The level of intellect and insight combined with passion and dedication was truly inspiring.

It was a great experience to participate in the Healthy Masters Conference. I was amazed by the quality of the speakers. All the best in the field were there.
